ISHIKI means “awareness” or “consciousness” in Japanese. Our emotional experiences have as much to do with the “heart” as they do the brain. The thread-like illustration is a representation of the multi-way dialogue between the heart, the body, and the brain. The complex signals orchestrate the way our heart responds creating the actual experience of our feelings. The concept is rooted in the enigmatic intersection between our emotions and our consciousness.
meditation & mindfulness app design
An app that helps users practice mindfulness utilizing guided meditation and yoga. Studies have consistently shown that meditation reduces stress and negative state of minds meanwhile optimizing mental and emotional well-being. Practicing mindfulness is shown to be effective for all-round personal development, to help establish healthy relationships and enhance cognitive abilities such as creativity & memory. The app “within” can be used to manage anxiety, realign the mind, and find balance, stability, and clarity with one's mental and physical health. So, go on and listen to that inner voice within.
